Request deletion of your data

If you have interacted with Wixow Labs through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another connected service, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your interactions with us.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us by email at hello@wixowlabs.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant data, such as:

  • Your name
  • The email address or phone number associated with your request
  • The service or account you used, if applicable
  • A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted

Instagram and WhatsApp data

If your information was processed through an Instagram or WhatsApp integration connected to Wixow Labs, you may specifically request deletion of information associated with that interaction or connected account.

Disconnecting an external account may stop future data processing, but it does not necessarily remove information that was previously processed. You can submit a deletion request using the process described above.

What happens after your request

We will review your request and take reasonable steps to delete eligible personal information from systems under our control, subject to applicable legal, security, contractual, and legitimate business requirements.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, or comply with contractual obligations.
