Wixow Labs provides digital services for coaches and coaching businesses. Depending on the service selected, this may include:

• Domain and hosting-related configuration
• Business automation
• Lead management and qualification workflows
• Instagram and WhatsApp integrations
• Automated messaging and follow-up workflows
• CRM and data organization
• Other digital systems agreed with the client

The exact services provided depend on the package, project, or agreement between Wixow Labs and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to deliver our services.

This may include:

• Business and coaching information
• Website content
• Images, logos, and brand assets
• Testimonials and service information
• Domain and account information
• Access required for connected integrations

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use the content and information you submit to us.

3. Website Creation

When Wixow Labs creates a website for you, delivery depends on the agreed scope of work and on receiving the required content, information, approvals, and access.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable accounts, or third-party services may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Third-Party Services

Some features may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, automation platforms, CRM systems, payment providers, and other external services.

Wixow Labs does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, policies, API behavior, or continued operation.

Changes made by third-party providers may require changes to an integration or automation.

5. Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta Integrations

If you connect Instagram, WhatsApp, or another external platform to Wixow Labs, you authorize us to access the information and functionality necessary to provide the requested services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect the relevant account and that your use of automated messaging complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

Wixow Labs does not guarantee that Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another third-party platform will approve, maintain, or continue to support a particular integration.

6. Automation and AI

Some Wixow Labs services may use automation technologies or artificial intelligence to process information, qualify leads, generate responses, organize conversations, or perform other configured tasks.

Automated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring automated workflows appropriately for your business and determining whether human review is required.

Wixow Labs does not guarantee that an automated system will identify, qualify, respond to, or convert every lead correctly.

7. Client and Lead Data

If you use Wixow Labs to process information relating to your leads or clients, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permissions, notices, consents, and legal basis required to collect and process that information.

You must not use our services to process information unlawfully or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wixow Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing software, templates, frameworks, processes, automation structures, code components, designs, and other proprietary materials.

Client-provided content remains the property of the client or its respective owner.

Subject to payment and the agreed scope of work, the client receives the rights necessary to use the completed website and deliverables created specifically for the client.

9. Client Content

You grant Wixow Labs permission to use the content, materials, and information you provide solely as necessary to provide the requested services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide and use such content.

10. Payments and Fees

Fees, payment schedules, subscriptions, deposits, and other commercial terms will be communicated to the client before the relevant service is provided.

Third-party costs, including domain, hosting, software, API, messaging, or platform fees, may be charged separately where applicable.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the stage of work, and any specific agreement made with the client.

Because website development and custom automation may involve work performed specifically for a client, completed work or work already performed may not always be refundable.

Any specific refund or cancellation terms agreed with the client will take precedence where applicable.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications
• Spam or harass individuals
• Impersonate another person or business
• Distribute malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Abuse third-party platforms or APIs
• Process information without appropriate authorization
• Conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities

We may suspend or terminate services where we reasonably believe that the services are being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that our website, automation systems, integrations, or other services will always be available or uninterrupted.

Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, hosting issues, third-party outages, API changes, security incidents, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wixow Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our services.

This may include loss of revenue, leads, business opportunities, data, or expected results.

Wixow Labs does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, clients, revenue, or business results from any website, automation, marketing system, or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• You materially violate these Terms
• Required payments are not made
• Your use of the services creates a security or legal risk
• You use the services in violation of applicable laws or platform policies

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any contractual or payment obligations that remain applicable.

17. Changes to These Terms
